Michael is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran with a decade of experience in Search & Rescue and Maritime Security. A social entrepreneur by trade, he specializes in launching and scaling ventures that focus on solving societal problems and sharing their success with the community they serve. Michael has advocated for the military-connected community on city, state and federal levels of government and has been recognized for his work by Forbes 30 under 30, the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, United States Congress, New York State Legislature and the New York City Council.

Isra is a mission-driven leader with nearly 20 years of experience across the military, government, and nonprofit sectors. A macro social worker and U.S. Army Reserve Civil Affairs Officer, she specializes in building inclusive, thriving veteran communities through connection and opportunity. From her time as a presidential appointee at the Department of the Interior to her work in DEIB and organizational change, Isra blends strategic vision with human-centered advocacy to deliver practical, life-improving programs for veterans and their families.
