Empowering NYC’s Military-Connected Community
A new, independent voice for those who’ve served and their families
Who We Are
Five Borough Veterans is the new, independent voice for New York City’s military-connected community. We are the successor to the NYC Veterans Alliance, carrying forward a legacy of advocacy and service while building a fresh, inclusive home for veterans, service members, and their families across all five boroughs.
What We Do
We exist to ensure that the voices of those who served, and those still serving through their families, are heard in every corner of city life. Non-partisan and diplomacy-first, we bring our community together around shared purpose, civic engagement, and practical solutions that strengthen both veterans and New York City as a whole.

Our First Initiative: NYC General Election 2025
This fall, New York City will choose its next city leaders and veterans, service members, and military families deserve to have their voices heard.
Five Borough Veterans is launching a Candidate Roundtable Series to bring candidates face-to-face with our community. Alongside these discussions, we’ll publish a Voter Guide highlighting where each candidate stands on issues that impact the military-connected population in NYC.
Our goal is simple: make sure our community is seen, heard, and informed in one of the city’s most important elections.
Stay tuned for upcoming roundtable dates and the release of our Voter Guide.
